Pigs Might Fly

Some day I might be a size 10.
The house will be decluttered and photos organised.
I'll speak Spanish fluently - or even adequately!
Jogging every morning will be routine.

I've always liked the saying by Pablo Picasso, "Only put off until tomorrow what you are willing to die having left undone." So I guess none of these things can be that important to me; they're just vague hopes which in my heart of hearts I know I'm unlikely to achieve.

I bought these ceramic pigs from a shop in Great Western Road, Glasgow. They hang on the wall in the kitchen at the end of our table. One of my grandchildren knocked the pink one off while getting out from the bench at the back and it broke into about five pieces. I managed to glue it together but it's missing a back leg. I think I like it better for its imperfection!
