Autumn garden

I'm glad I caught this early as the day deteriorated with a strong cold wind and later rain. Also as my good friend marchmont noted in her blip yesterday the nights are "fair drawing in". It was dark by 7 tonight. Still hubby and I are heading south tomorrow and the forecast for the weekend down London-way is 20 degrees, positively balmy compared to here. I'm enjoying this part-time working, with plenty of time left for long weekends, a bit of voluntary work and other pursuits. I've never been a 9-5 regular routine kinda gal and I don't think that that's going to change now as I grow older!
