To Judge the Honey

I have had a long standing job over the years and that is to judge the honey classes in the annual Kirk Andreas Produce Show.

So here you see the action and I have been most ably assisted by the judges steward Shirley Quaye. There were not too many individual honey exhibits. The best in the honey classes was a very light coloured run honey that had a beautiful flavour and which had been thoroughly prepared.

Every time I go to this show as a judge I always think that I ought to enter the home made wine classes. However I never seem to get round to it.

Mind you in the background is Michael the judge of the wines who looks to be having a grand time!
