my colleague used to work in the helicopter place and knows all sorts of interesting things like the fact that they rise up backwards so that if they crash in the first few seconds, they would crash forward on to the helipad.

feeling constructive all round. feeling in control of the technology. planning another work road trip or two. getting ahead with making something more exciting happen.
