Rushing waters
One of my commenters on Facebook has already noticed how the words of a hymn seemed to suggest themselves today - the same hymn as supplies the title for this blip. I was treading a steep and rugged pathway - aka a forestry track that had been strengthened for lorries by the addition of a sort of gigantic gravel - today when I caught one boot in the other and landed up on the ground, painfully and with complete lack of dignity.
It was a great walk, however, and after the rain that brought the landslides on the Rest and Be Thankful road, the torrents were fairly pelting down the hillside - like the one in the photo, where I notice that the water appears to be the only bit in focus.
