Ahoy There!

So this is the HMAS Parramatta.... It's 118 metres long and weighs around 3600 tones! This War Ship and the one behind it headed into Sydney this morning and has popped it's anchor out at Darling Harbour. Unfortunately this was the closest I could get to the ship but I still had an ok view. For some reason I thought it would be bigger but they were still quite impressive and look as though they would 'do the job' when needed :-) Darling Harbour was buzzing today at lunch and it was such a gorgeous day I would have loved to have stayed down there all afternoon again! There were plenty of people there who had obviously thought sensibly and we're taking a half day! Clever people! The afternoon was finished off with a cider in the sun at The Slip Inn with Nicola and Lynsey which was nice. Can't believe it's Friday already! Hullo weekend :-)
