Plan B

Had a very good lunch with my mother, sister, and two of my nieces. It was a great time for sharing news, telling stories, remembering the past and talking about the future.

Anyway enough of this sybaritic life style which I have been indulging in for the past ten days so next week it will be calorie counting soups and modest helpings.
