The end is nigh 3!

Pete and Helen have a large group of sunflowers in the garden, but as you can see they are unlikely to last more than a couple more weeks. The wind and the weather have taken their toll on the flowers, and some of the stems are out off the picture as they are lying along the ground.

Sometimes for us as people it can feel like we are being battered by 'the elements' around us. Circumstances can get tough, but just like the sunflower that doesn't make it all pointless. If you look at these sunflowers you will see that the seed heads are ripening, and there is so much potential for future growth.

Maybe the end is just the beginning of a new chapter.
