Eurocup seats available!

Womens soccer european championships started yesterday in Finland. Today was the first game here in Tampere. The girls team I coach participated the opening parade and went to see Germany-Norway game afterwards.

It was not quite as empty stadion as this picture suggests - maybe as many as 5000 people witnessed the Germans take a well deserved 4-0 win (three of the goals in the four minutes of overtime). In Finlands opening game yesterday there were 16 000 people.

If you should be in Finland these days I strongly recommend you go and see one of these games. It's really very good soccer entertainment! =)
