Porty People and Places

I have driven passed this building countless times. It is on the left hand side of the A1 as you leave Portobello and head towards Old Craighall and Musselburgh. It is The Queen Margaret University. Its green credentials are increible and you can read them for yourself here. The institution has come a long way from the days when it was based in town and known as Atholl Crescent. It moved to Corstorphine Hill and ultimately here where it now enjoys full University status. Today it had an Open Day. We took the chance to visit. We were not diappointed.
