Toasted Marshmallows!

Ok, so the plan for today was not to do too much ahead of the race tomorrow. Seewhat you think...a quick 20 minute run to keep my legs loose, a couple of trips up to the new house to unload/unpack boxes, a dash into Edinburgh to buy energy gels which I forgot to buy, lunch, a 3rd birthday party back in Edinburgh followed by a 2nd birthday party in West Linton. I think the only time I sat down was in the car or gulping down lunch. I forgot my camera all day so here is an emergency last minute shot of a toasted marshmallow - every bit as yummy as I remember them!
