Great Scottish Run

Congratulations to everyone who completed the Glasgow Half today. I really hoped I could do it in under 1:50 but I knew that meant consistent 8:30 miles for the whole 13 minutes. I scraped in at 1:49 which I'm chuffed with as I only really struggled after Mile 12 and the crowds carried me through. A great day out!
