Over the sea to Syke.

We are now on the Isle of Syke in our new home for the week. Lovely views over Broadford Bay with plenty of birds to watch. There seems to be a friendly robin that appeared later in the evening so hope that he comes back for the crumbs in the morning.

We picked up my Mum and Dad from Plockton railway station and went for a walk along the front looking at the boats and the pretty gardens that still had plenty flowering. Had a tasty meal in The Plockton Hotel. I had fresh Plockton prawns freshly out of the sea at Plockton itself.

This anchor was outside the craft shop. There was also a friendly cat that wandered in and out of the shop.

The weather has been good, some sunny spells and a spot of rain. The wind has picked up and there's more rain.Hopefully a bit of sun tomorrow.
