A young Richard 111

Today we went to a discussion about the finding of the bones of Richard 111 by Phillipa Langley who for 10 years has been a member of the Richard 111 Society and was passionate about finding his bones along with Michael Jones a historian. These 2 people shared a vision to find the real Richard and put history straight about this much maligned monarch who was killed at the Battle of Bosworth by a wimp (Henry v11) or rather his men as Henry v11 was always about a mile and a half away from any action.
The Tudors denigrated his memory and Shakespeare added to the misinformation.
They were joined by the curator of the Royal Armouries European edged weapons Robert Woosnam-Savage! Amazing what people you meet at the Ilkley Literature Festival!
Anyway the conclusion was that Richard was a very brave and valiant fearless soldier, he didn't have a withered arm nor was he hunchback so I thought I would blip a young looking man, fit and brave enough to be the King of England.
