Uplifting
Looking back over the last few days Blips it's become apparent that whilst I'm good at lots of things I'm not so good at self pity - so enough!!
I went to bed shattered last night and woke this morning still tired, the Sunday ritual had a variation this week, the bacon sandwich, juice part remained the same but surprise, surprise Joshua knew where all his kit was and had it on in good time.
Falmouth Under 13's played like boys possessed, the normal losses to teams like Perranporth are obviously a thing of the past as they ran in four tries in each half to record a 48 to 5 win and they won in some style. Joshua played well, very well - "Proud Dad".
Home, showered, shaved and dressed ready for the Mayors Civic & Harvest Festival Service. Greeted by the Mayor on arrival in the Civic Chambers with, "Is Joshua with you", Josh, summonsed from home, duly arrived and circulated with the 'Great And Good' of Falmouth completely at ease.
Home to relax with yesterday's All Blacks v Springboks match, the Sunday Telegraph and a roast lamb dinner.
