Wales Fair Trade Fair

This is Martha Musonza Holman, an inspirational woman from Zimbabwe who has made Abergavenny her home, and who with her husband Dave puts on an annual Fair Trade Fair in our market hall. Here she is announcing the winners of the Fair Trade Song competition. Eight school choirs took part and the Borough Theatre was filled by them and their families.

I was there for a couple of hours on an Oxfam stall. We sold a lot of chocolate!

This morning I wrote one piece - hurrah! - and the outline of another. My panic is under control.

Just seen Countryfile and its very, very short piece about the making of our giant vegetables. It would have been nice to see more of the making and less of the presenter, but that's TV for you!
