DIY

Today I have had a much needed lie in. It felt so good not having to get up at just gone 5. After a leisurely morning we tackled some of the DIY tasks around the house.

There are so many things we want to do in the new house and I'm making great friends with the new power tools we've purchased!!

Drilling holes in the wall and assembling furniture is quite therapeutic. It really is starting to feel like a home.

G cooked a lovely roast as a reward for all our hard work. Feel stuffed. It was so good!

Going to fit in a couple of hours of catch up TV before bed and another busy week ahead at work. Bring it on.
