The Long Monday
My colleague was in Hamburg last week to train people there in how to use a particular piece of software. While there he told them that if they have any problems with it, they should send the problem to me and not him.
I think that was and is a great idea.
The first problem arrived today. I sussed the problem pretty quickly and could have just fixed it. But SK thought it would be better practise for me to phone and go through the steps of what to do.
I get a bit nervous on the phone but I coped and my colleague in Hamburg understands what went wrong. Very good feeling.
The rest of the day was full too. So much so that I was later out of the office than normal.
Hence a Blip taken as the sun set. Quite pretty after a very grey and cold morning.
