Blue Delphinium

This beautiful blue delphinium stands tall in the front garden. I read earlier in the year that when these and lupine and foxgloves have finished flowering you should cut them back and they will flower again. I was relieved and pleased to see this lovely blue spire. Three good things.... 1. Sight of a navy blue sky and twinkling stars when I went out for my walk this morning 2. Afternoon out of the office driving through the autumnal colours in the Suffolk countryside 3. Getting my hair cut- I can never make it look like my hairdresser, I really appreciate her talent and time
