Day 7 - Sober for October

Well I look like I've been dragged through a hedge backwards but not a drop has touched my lips!

I was a bit narked to have two open bottles of wine in the fridge and not able to have any... I didn't crumble tho - I drank sparkling raspberry lemonade instead - I can't lie it was crap - It's going to be a long month!

In other news - I was awake early and bright eyed (no really, don't let the photo fool you) and bushy tailed! Yesterday I cycled to church and took the scenic route home... first time for ages... today my legs are hake - ing and my arse is killing me - that is all!
