Apple Chutney
Today felt very autumnal, we ate a massive three course lunch with wine and baguette in the local town.
Afterwards, with the apples I'd scrumped mum and I made a massive jelly-pan full of apple chutney (10 jars) and still heaps of apples to use up! So I made a crumble too...
We visited mum's friends in the area, so many Brits out here!
