Champagne Picnic

Mum decided to take us to Le Planet des Crocodiles as a belated birthday treat for Mark. Yes he did turn 24, not 4, but there isn't much to do in rural France.

Despite feeding time being a bit of a disappointment the crocodiles were pretty impressive creatures. At our picnic lunch we drank a couple of bottles of Champagne and then decided to start cutting down apple trees to open up the bottom of the garden, and the view onto the river.

I was a bit useless at lumberjack malarky so I cut down rose bushes and picked apples off the fallen tree.

We went to Bar de la Fountain for dinner, and I was delighted with the vegetarian options presented to me! Such a nice surprise, as I was a bit bored with omelette!
