You, constant viewer, can imagine I have lots to say about 730 continuous blips. Plus, a Wowza photo would have been a nice touch. Not easy to find while driving.

CARVED MTN. GOATS Turn an ordinary, often seen, Ace Hardware sign, into a piece of art. One that beckons the driver to take a break from Hwy. 9.
Which is exactly what we did, and I must say these uprights are darn impressive.

This morning I said good-bye to our precious home in the Rockies. Using what I learned in the book FLAME TREES OF THIKA; I kissed the 4 walls. Whispering, "Be safe. I promise to return.

Hokey? Probably.
Yet, "Treetops" was built log by log by the two of us along with our friends, so she's a silent member of our family.

We're traveling to Albuquerque, N.M. for the annual balloon fiesta. Then to Tucson , Az. For the winter.
