Day 9 Sober for October

Its boring this no boozing lark! Having an internal argument with myself as to why I agreed to it in the first place... I don't like Macmillan, I'm not fundraising, the positive things I'm making myself read are just making me grumpy...so why am I sat here with a fruit based squash when I don't even like squash!!!
Aaahhh, coz I said I could that's why n I don't like failing. If I say I can do it I will. I'm a stubborn old cow!

Note to self: take photo in natural light tomorrow, use cleansers after blip not before...face is looking rather red

Also...I'm not drinking enough fluids, must up my water intake up.
