For a Bit of Barter

I got a telephone call from my friend Julian, seen here.
He told me that he was cleaning out his attic and had a number of demi-johns and which are the large glass bottles used for brewing.
Now you cannot really have enough of these vessels so I called round sharpish to do a deal and swap them for some rhubarb champagne which I had brewed earlier this year.

I probably will not use all of them, but when I have given them a good clean up I know plenty of home brewers who would be glad of them.

When you live on an island it is a difficult and expensive task to get glass vessel shipped in.
