'Seasonal..........................'!!

By..has the weather changed here today.....!!
Very Autumnal......cold ...dry ...and bright.....
so my Lanterns (Physallis) are looking very seasonal...
they've been like this for awhile and looked 'odd' given the very warm weather we've had......but today they look like they are in the 'right' season!!!
You can also (just barely) see my roses in the background.....on their second flush!!

As I type this..there is a roast chicken resting in the oven......
and Kitty Boy is sitting 'staring' at me with his nose pressed up against the patio door.....
I had to put him out....he was giving me a headache with his shouting.....and I'm tired....
must go and let him in now....carve up the chicken and give him some!!!!
