Team fun

I helped make these Tapas and am quite proud! Particularly enjoyed learning how to make proper tortilla - the trick is getting the potatoes and onions very soft before adding a good amount to the mix and then keeping turning it in the pan (not an easy task due to the weight of the pan). Was part of today's team event - the morning making tapas in the courtyard of a villa and the afternoon a selection of games. For once it didn't feel forced or contrived and was just great to get to know some different people.

Over lunch we had a talk from a truly inspirational guy. Dave has run 7 marathons in 7 days on 7 continents (the last one being my first London marathon in 2008), ran and cycled from Lands End to John O'Groats and generally done lots of crazy physical challenges. O and he's blind. Really made me think about my life goals and how I'm going to achieve them. Chilled out night with the team - has been a great week but I'm looking forward to getting home (assuming the French air traffic controllers don't strike too much tomorrow)
