A day at home

We had to wait in at home today for a delivery which was supposed to come between 8am and 1pm but actually arrived after 4. I didn't mind too much because I'd planned a day at home, resting my feet after yesterday and getting some jobs done around the house. Also I'd sent Sarah off to get me some henna in Cambridge and today she put it on for me and we let it cook for 5 hours.

Our first frost this morning with a clear sky and it looks like being another lovely starry night. I was awake at 2am this morning and it was really beautiful.
