Evening out

Lots of things happening in Manchester this evening; it was the launch of the Manchester Weekender and I went to the opening of the Great Northern Contemporary Craft Fair. It was also Vogue's Fashion Night Out and there were special events and promotions all over. However when I looked at my photos, I liked this simple shot of the evening sun lighting a building against a dark sky that I took on the way to Spinningfields - not really representative of the evening though!
