Roald Dahl Plass

A better day today weather-wise, and the Millennium Centre was looking wonderful in the bright sunshine. Outside is Roald Dahl Plass with a steel water sculpture in the centre, location of the Torchwood Institute headquarters and the centre of the spatial-temporal rift that runs through Cardiff (that's in the Dr Who spin-off TV series, there's not really a rift thingy)
