Orange Curry

You must have heard of the famous Thai Orange Curry?

Ok, we were aiming for Green Curry, but my idea of adding finely grated carrot to try and get some of that unique coconut texture and flavour (Mr B is allergic to coconut, but loves Thai food) seems to have given it a bit of a tinge of orange. Tasted fine though!

Mr B seems to be self-appointed head chef at the moment. I only get to do kids' food, baking, and cooking rice. Can't complain really.

Dull day otherwise. Felt rubbish this morning and had to go back to bed. After lots of iron tablets and energy supplements I'm now zinging and will probably never sleep tonight.
