Doctors first thing ...
OK my cholesterol is 5.2 - like I care it's genetic my diet is damn good
but despite lots of good bits (BMI 23, blood pressure 100/75, waist ratio 46% etc)
they think I may have pernicious anaemia so they want more blood next week

then dash into Birmingham for lunch with JuJu (friends since 1970) and her friend Joan - great Italian (and the trains ran to time both ways)

home sort out the pets and back into Birmingham with Graham to see Martin Shaw in 12 Angry Men at the Birmingham Rep

feet up day tomorrow methinks
