Guess where we went today?

HELL Ah'm that MAD Ah could rive paper.

Started, paused to see the rest of Griff Rhys Jones, came back, wrote spiel, pressed "Preview" and there it wasn't.

Those "in the know" will understand why I'm inordinately proud of visiting this place.

Herself hasn't been bitten by the Bug but doesn't consider herself a "Blip widow" and, quite often, says thing like "How about a look up at Beacon edge?" or "Think there'll be any good Blips down the Lake?"

Today it was the latter. Do not, unless you have no alternative, visit National Trust property unless you are a member, or loaded.
Penrith 2hrs parking = £1.60 or £1.80 dependent upon choice of park.
N.T. 2hrs parking  =  £3.80.

I would have been, more or less, content with a couple of circuits of the car park and a cuppa, The Boss set off up the track.

Still, with the aid of a pair of Lecci Sticks, we managed the lower bridge circuit and down in time for the inevitable "brew".
