Ta da!

After over 4 hours in the oven, it was so hard not to just dig in, it's going to be some challenge not eating this over the next 2 and a bit months! Very relaxed day doing a few bits and pieces, do love the fact that I don't have to think about writing essays or reflective reports or any of that crap! I just work when I'm at work, then when I'm off I don't have to think about it, it's great!
