ME AND MY SHADOW

The sun flashed momentarily into our bedroom this morning, reflected on Mundy's sunpainting from a window across the road. I quickly shot it to prove that we've seen the sun at least once today...perhaps it will return.

The words of this old song (no...not the Robbie Williams one!) come to mind with my title. When we were kids at the Children's Home, sometimes the matrons would play records at meal times and this was one of the songs they would play, along with their favourite - Waltzing Matilda! They probably did it to keep us quiet, but could never drown the child-chatter with stuff like that!
