Lonan Cross
Day two of our IOM trip. After filling our car with info on what to see and where to go we tripped out to the Groudle Glen Railway then took a look at the ancient stone crosses in Lonan church yard. This mighty cross dates from 9th Century. The celtic knot work design still almost as good as the day it was finished. Don't think I'll look as good after 1000 years.
