Salsa

We went to a Salsa & Tapas evening in aid of pupils of Ipswich School who are going to do charity work in India through the Juniper Trust. It was fun, but they went a bit fast for dancing philistines like us. I only mastered the basic mambo steps by the end of the evening and by then we were supposed to turn, swirl, body cross & maybe a few other things we missed.

It wa a bit of a depessing day - all self inflicted. It started off by reading Koos du Plessis lyrics (see yesterday's blip), I got over it, but lunchtime I read Fluffikins' journal, which had me blue again. No wonder I had a migraine by 16:30. Luckily 3 ibuprofens & 2 migrain tablets did the thing.
