Winds of change

Following the strong winds of the last days I noticed this fallen acorn this morning, torn from its branch before its time.

Pause for reflection.

On Tuesday I was whisked into the local hospital with a suspected heart attack. Thankfully it wasn't and I am OK, just awaiting further investigation in a few weeks time, which I am positive will also prove that i am OK. However it was all a bit scary and surreal and as I was attached to all the wires monitoring my heart it made me think, take stock and make decisions for change perhaps.
