Meals on Wheels

It's reached the stage where we are having to produce lots of frozen meals for Mom and Dad as they are not able to look after themselves properly at the moment. I hope this works. I hope they will be able to heat things up properly and sort out some vegetables. Worrying times. Here we have Pork, Apple and Cider Casserole and Minced beef and vegetable casserole. They've got roast pork for tea tonight with veg already done. Hope they like it.
