Improving!

Did another Parkrun today. Ran with Zac (10) who got stitch. I ran gently with him keeping him company and coaching him with his stitch and breathing......then the little bugger only went and SPRINTED the last 100m without warning, and beat my time by about 10 seconds!!! Grrrr There goes his Christmas present!
