9.5 miles!

Lovely club run this morning. 7-8 miles he said!
Ended up doing 9.5 miles along lanes, across fields of cows, ducking under electric fences, across the racecourse (where it said horses only!)
Still I will forgive as it ended up being the furthest I had ever run and I felt like there was more in me !

Then it was home for a quick shower then off to Welly to watch two rugby matches at the same time.

Lazy afternoon on the sofa.
