The Scary Vicar.

A fun day out at Foxton's Scarecrow Festival. There were 50 on display, all made to a very high standard. On entering St Laurence's church for tea and cakes we had a warm welcome from the vicar who stepped down from the pulpit and embraced us with open arms ! A bit of a prickly experience. Won a few prizes on the tombola and browsed through the bookstall. Enjoyed Dutch pancakes, bacon butties then listened to the Foxton singers with band. The vicar was my favourite scarecrow, but it was difficult to choose.
