Lichen

In a break in the rain we took a trip over to Brockhampton Estate. It is a National Trust farmed estate and at the heart is a medieval moated house. I felt sorry for the volunteers as it seemed there were more of them than visitors.

This old fencing made up part of a kissing gate. I liked the colours and textures made by the lichen and wood.
