What goes on behind the scenes

I got an email this morning asking if I could swap my Sat night shift for today, as a few volunteers at the Indy Man Beer Comp had dropped out. I jumped at the chance, seeing asthough Suz was in London for the day. Was a bit tedious to start with, but got a lot more interesting when I helped out at the 'meet the brewer' events. It was a day of releasing how very little I know of what goes on. With beer brewing and also very much at home.
