Liberation

When I looked out the window this morning and saw the pouring rain, I doubted my commitment to a 10 mile run. Once I was out there, it was amazing. There is nothing like running through the rain, splashing through puddles, jogging through moody, deserted, autumnal parks. Stunning. The more I run, the less I understand why others don't.
