The Silver Sea

I took this photo from the grassy hillock at Clach Toll. I was looking out to the North Minch, the sea that separates the west coast of Sutherland and the Isles of Lewis and Harris. I was looking directly into the sun to give the Silver Sea effect. I love the rock formations here.The rocks are red sandstone and the sand on the beaches is silver!
