AIM: to walk more and one snack a day!
500 MILE CHALLENGE
WALKED: 2,2,2 miles
COUNTDOWN: 324 miles

Did my weigh on Thursday morning as I had a big dinner out on Thursday evening which if you follow my other journal you know included lots of alcohol. I also had a weekend away so these next few days I am going to be really tough on myself to at least keep to this weeks weight.

Fingers crossed.
