WEIGHT CHALLENGE
WEEK 80:L0st 1 stone 10lbs
AIM: to eat 3 good meals and no snacks!!
500 MILE CHALLENGE
WALKED: 3,3,2,6 miles
COUNTDOWN: 330 miles

So glad to have lower weight and increased walk...the verbal kick up the bum worked. Have realised I'm am skipping breakfast and snacking more hence this weeks aim.
Didnt make my target of pre holiday weight by October...so by half term is the new target.
Lets hope the trend continues.
