Welcome Back Breakfast

Really, it's more lunch than breakfast at 11:30, but I needed to begin to purge my body of all the vitamina T I intook in Mexico (happily and with no regrets!). After a 30 minute run, I gorged on almost-soupy polenta with steamed chard, a poached egg and a dollop of harissa. YUM!
