already missing Mexico
I may or may not have started making this as soon as I walked in the door from Mexico...sauteed onions, tomatoes, black beans, cumin, cilantro, quinoa (Andean, I know, but still...) topped with an avocado and a drizzle of lime. I grabbed a green smoothie from WF and a banana (with PB of course!) for dessert.
Last night's dinner date was decadent, but maybe not entirely healthy...
I have no real solution for that. It was three courses of deliciousness paired with perfect wines. What's a girl to do?
